The interview was in-person just like regular phone interviews. They first ask you to introduce yourself and describe your experiences. Then, they ask about certain skills like catheter placement, blood draw, and surgery monitoring. I think it lasted about 20-30 minutes.

Brief and to the point, manager interviewing me made me feel comfortable, asked the typical questions about my skill set, strengths, and weaknesses. I then had a working interview where I showed my skills. A week later I was offered a full time position.

The interview was conducted by both a hospital manager and veterinarian. The questions seemed pretty standard for this position. All in all a straightforward interview. The employees there seemed content.
