It was over the phone she asked me a lot of intriguing questions, then I had a second interview in person with the chief of staff and the person who interviewed me at the same time to get a tour of the facility.!

Interview
1 in person interview with the practice manager. A few questions about past work experience, knowledge of veterinary field, and what I was looking for in a company. The practice manager explained the company and went over what the training for the position consisted of.
The interview was conducted over video with the lead and manager. It was a very standard interview process with them asking questions about your relevant experience, situational questions, career goals, among others.
