Interview
The interview process consisted of two interviews. The first was with my direct supervisor/soon-to-be boss, who asked about my background and schooling. We talked about hard and soft skills that I have as well as school projects that related to the job position. The second interview was with her again, as well as two members of our sales team. This interview was more about introducing myself and ensuring I clicked well with the team. Both interviews were less about what was on my resume, and more about character, communication, and confidence.
