Initial interview w/ HR recruiter but she was covering for main recruiter. Was not able to answer my questions about role structure within team or even what next steps of interview process would look like. Hiring manager called me directly a few days later to set up panel interview. Panel interview was with hiring manager and 3 cross functional people. Without having the chance to interview 1:1 with hiring manager I didn't feel a connection with the team and felt it was a rushed interview and lacked engagement from group.
