Brief impromptu ~15 min interview via call, followed by a scheduled, 30 min - 1 h in-person/Zoom interview. They provided helpful informational documents on the process and the firm to assist in the second stage
3 rounds of interviews. The first interview is conducted by a senior consultant; the second one is with a manager. Both first round and second round interviews are virtual with a combination of behavioral and cases. The behavioral questions focuses on why Bayer and detailed drill of my resume. The case is not crazily difficult but during the second interview, the manager did not turn on the camera and I got panicked.
