Phone interview, 3 times zoom interview. Zoom interview with team leader works ok, but the first interview with hr is a nightmare. Very Unprofessional HR, very rude and pushy question

Why you left your last company, why choose bayer. You have to be very specific and put all reasons about why you left your last company, if you are still working, they will ask why you are still working for this company. Is this sounds ridiculous?
