Reached out to by a 3rd part recruiter, they connected me to a Bayer recruiter. Went through job posting and my resume in a virtual screening. And would pass along to Hiring Manager.Told I would hear back within a week. Don't hear anything, so I reach out to the Bayer recruiter and find out I am declined. I as for details and get they want someone with NLP experience...I have 15 years of Data Science experience and 8 in NLP and GenAI including LLMs. There posting wanted 3. I covered it in over half my resume bullets and in my cover letter. A complete waste of experience, no communication, no trust, and didn't even look at my application before rejecting it after wasting my time for weeks. Even though it is an amazing fit.
