The invitation to the interview came very quickly (1-2 weeks) and was scheduled in a few days after receiving the invitation. The interview itself took approx. 60 minutes. After the interview, it takes around 2 weeks to get a respond if you are invitied for the on-site assessment center or not. My Assessment Center took place at their HQ in Leverkusen and was a full day consisting of different tasks (role play, group discussion, case study, interview). The participants will get detailed feedback at the end of the day, especially for the ones who were not offered a place within the program. All in all despite the negative feedback in the end, the AC of Bayer was a great learning experience and a good way of finding out what your strengths and weaknesses are.
