      I applied through an employee referral. The process took 12 months. I interviewed at Bazaarvoice (Austin, TX) in Mar 2013

      Interview

      Way too long. But at the same time it was ultimately good because they weed out people who wouldn't be good fits. I also think they lose out on just as many good ones. It's a double edged sword.
