Interview
I was suspicious if it was as described. Two interviews and fast process. First recruiter, we were both super straight without being rude, and then another interview with 2 supervisors pretty straight and clear. No test or silly questions.

I had a phone screen with a recruiter. The recruiter was very knowledgeable about the position and what they were looking for. They did not move forward, they were prompt in their communication.

Interview
The process is standard to most companies. You have a telephone interview if they feel you are a fit for the position, and then you are brought in for an on-site. The on-site is a little longer than usual (around 2-3 hours) but you don't have to come back afterwards unless you've been hired. It's very painless.
