Three rounds where the first two were case interviews with one personal fit interview. The case interviews were standard with some calculations (some pretty heavy ones). Topics everything from finance to outsourcing. You are expected to lead the interviewer through the case and you don't get very much support.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at BearingPoint (Paris) in Jan 2024
Interview
My recent interview process with Bearingpoint was disappointing. Despite being asked to travel for a second + third round interview, there was no reimbursement for incurred expenses. After completing multiple rounds, I received a generic rejection email with no feedback. The company's insistence on an overqualified five-round interview for an internship, coupled with a lack of transparency on compensation, left me dissatisfied with the overall experience.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BearingPoint (Bucharest, Bucuresti) in Sep 2022

Interview
I applied online for an internship in Finland. The first interview was mostly about fit and included a short "case" question. After that, the second and final round interview included fit and case 50% for both. The case was very mathematical.
