Interview
I applied online and heard back from the hiring manager very quickly. She called me the next day asking for an interview. A couple days later I had my first interview with the General Manager. A couple days after that I had a second interview with the district manager. The final step was an online test in which they ask all kinds of questions of what you would do in various different situations. Within a day or two after that, I was offered the position. They move pretty quickly on the interview and hiring process.

Fairly easy if you interview with the right manager, sometimes I got the assistant manager then the general manager. Asked very basic questions about customer service and how to handle clients and multitasking.

Was called and had two interviews, when I walked in the store was okay. On second interview I was hired. Questions were about situations you've been put in, why did you leave your last job, where do you see yourself etc.

They were all so basic, there isn't going to be a hard question. That's proabably why everyone gets hired and there's a huge turnover rate.
