Behavioral Healthcare interview questions

Brief phone interview followed by an interview with the hiring manager, HR assistant, and another supervisor, then a group interview with the hiring manager and three Peer Support Specialist. The interview was about an hour and the team did not appear to be familiar with interviewing a candidate.

A huge waste of time on nearly a month process. They can't keep or even hire anyone to take this position. I highly recommend staying away from this company. They make everything sound great until the very time you are supposed to start. They have been trying to refill this position ongoing for the past 6 months. Do not be fooled by their kindness.
