Simple, two interviews then an offer. Phone based then office based. Few technical questions and a chat about suitability. Office seemed nice and interviewers were competent and experienced. Declined after receiving an offer

Make sure to brush up on technical questions for the interview. Such as machine design and other such things to help you with the process. if for structural that is the best route. Studying for the FE exam also helps. Would have helped me f i did it before.

I had one interview over MS Teams and then a 2nd interview in-person/MS Teams. Both interviews asked relevant questions and were amicable. They knew what they were looking for in a candidate.

Simple and straightforward. The interviewer were kind and amicable. Questions were easy to follow and the interview felt more like a conversation. All in all had a good experience in the in person interview.

I had applied for the position online; within a couple days I received an email asking me an interview call. Date and time were set for the following week. Interview call time came, and I received a text message saying she was in a meeting and couldn't talk. She then sent me some questions via text and then via email. I never received any feedback from either. After 3 attempts to follow up for feedback, I have given up. If this is how they treat people at the start, it's probably best I was ghosted.

Relatively short interview process. One behavioral/experiences interview with a manager that was about an hour long. This was followed up with a technical interview that took about 30mins to an hour to complete.

It's was very good to have discussion very passionate people , unknown answers were feedback during interview , Engineering discussion should be such interview based will give more knowledge and skills experience during this process

Had a 15 Minute phone interview yesterday morning for an entry level job. Said over the phone they are starting off of $28-$35/hr. Right off the bat the employer said and I quote “And the million dollar question: What are you looking for your base Salary to be?” Shocked that they would ask that for the 15 minute phone call interview. Thought they would ask this question after a few more interviews in, not right off the bat. Clearly they are desperate but I’m not desperate enough for this job.

First interview with the recruiter to go over background and salary requirements. Second interview with two team members using Teams and giving a brief background introduction with a couple of questions about why you want the position.

Had only one interview. Talked about past projects and coursework. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and had multiple people involved in the process. After the interview, the process was quick.
