I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Belk (Oak Ridge, TN) in Jul 2023
Interview
I interviewed for an HR lead position at a different location in early/mid July. I was not selected for that particular opening at that time. However the Manager said they would keep my information on file and call me if an additional opening became available at any of the other locations in the area. Fast forward to last Wednesday and I received a phone call from the Store Manager of another location saying she had an HR Lead position available and would I like to come into interview? We scheduled and interview for Saturday and I received my offer verbally the same day. I received my offer letter Monday afternoon as soon as I applied once the opening was actually posted.
