I applied online on a Wednesday, and I was called later that day to set up an appointment for the Friday. When I arrived I found out it was a group interview, and they hadn't told anyone that.

Normal interview questions, how have you gone above and beyond for a customer, experience questions, what do you consider good customer service.
I was a referral and had a brief discussion with the manager and got the job relatively easily. I think getting this job was one of the easier jobs I was able to obtain. However, this was back in 2010.

They asked me what my availability would be since it was around the holiday season.
One Interview with the department manager for a sales position. Super short, simple, and to the point.
I received the offer same down and then had to schedule onboarding with Human Resources.
It was your basic questions. Went fine. Nothing too detailed but it was for a base position at the holidays. They were looking for anyone dependable with a car basically.
