I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Belk (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2014
Interview
I was called for an interview and entered a room with several other managers, who were all doing one-on-one interviews with potential canidates. The person that interviewed me reviewed my resume and asked a series of questions. Afterwards, there was a second interview in a second office with the store manager.

Question 1
What do you do if your work area is nice and clean, the fitting rooms is clean, and there are no customers?
I was a referral and had a brief discussion with the manager and got the job relatively easily. I think getting this job was one of the easier jobs I was able to obtain. However, this was back in 2010.

It was your basic questions. Went fine. Nothing too detailed but it was for a base position at the holidays. They were looking for anyone dependable with a car basically.
