Within 72 hours you’ll receive a Vidcruiter email containing a unique link and a deadline for completing Bell’s one-way video interview. After logging in, the platform runs a quick check of your camera, microphone, and connection and lets you record a practice clip to fine-tune lighting, framing, and audio. The actual interview consists of about five to eight pre-recorded questions that appear sequentially; you get roughly 30–60 seconds to read each prompt and one to three minutes to record your answer, with no retakes. When the final response uploads, you hit “Submit” and receive confirmation that your interview was successfully sent. Bell’s recruiters and hiring managers then review your videos asynchronously and, if you advance, will contact you for the next stage—typically a live technical or panel interview.
