The interview was a two-part process.
First, there was a Zoom call with 2 people from Berry where they asked some of the more generic questions about why I was interested in Berry, what I hoped to gain and how I hoped to contribute there. They gave plenty of opportunity to ask questions in return about Berry as a company and details about the position.
If you did well on the Zoom call, the second part of the process was an in-person interview that was more interactive. There were 3 people from different specializations within the department and they all asked questions regarding problem-solving strategies. They also provided an example of the sort of work the internship would entail and requested that I talk them through my thought process in my approach to each aspect of the problem provided.
