I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Best Buy (Kent, WA) in May 2026
Interview
Reviewing the initial video interview, it went pretty smoothly. They asked me 7 questions with 2-minute answers, which was enough time to give detailed enough answers to their questions. The only difficulty I had was that some of the questions were in video form, and the site they used only gave me 10 seconds to read each question.
The video interview process was self explanatory. It was to get through and took me around 30 minutes. Have a clear camera and dress nicely, its all about the effort.

At the time (like a month before writing this) you were able to refresh the page to redo your recording if you didn't like it. A couple days later got called and scheduled an in-person Interview at the store.
