Two rounds: 1st HR, 2nd a finance panel. The two interviews were about 30-45 minutes each. None of the questions were out of the ordinary, they were all to gauge experience and your ability to perform the job.

I was asked to look at a P&L and explain to a business partner what happened.

Interview
It was first round telephone interview with fairly standard questions on my resume. I didn't hear back from them as I lack certain experience they are looking for (more IT related).

I talked to the human resources person over the phone first. Then interviewed in person with several people. They were asking more general questions. Talked to the hiring manager after that.
