For as far as I can remember I know I had to go throw preliminary interview which most likely was the phone interview. And then you'd be contacted again to go in for a sit-down interview with one of the manager's. After you complete that one you go in for a third interview with the general manager of the store to go over documents.

Mainly, customer scenarios. Weren't difficult just common sense. Ex: what do you do if a customer is yelling at you? Or if you can't help a customer?
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Best Buy in Mar 2024
Interview
Individual phone and in person interview with different managers. Phone interview was brief, while in person interview was about 30 minutes. The application was shorter than usual and did not require any personality questionnaire.
