Interview
Watch out! These guys are gathering "design exercises" or "test tasks" - basically make you work for free. I spent a few days redesigning one of their pages and then half a day to present it to a group of 10 employees. I didn't get any follow up. However after about 2 months all my ideas went live on Best Buy website.
There were three interviews: one with a recruiter in human resources, second with the Hiring manager, and lastly a case study presentation panel with 4 people in the software space.

You meet with the directors who are really kind and then with potential teammates to see if you are a fit to the team. Ask questions during interviews to show interest.
