First its a HR screening where they ask you about availability, then you speak to a in store GM about an interview, then its the distract manager, then they make a decision based off of that

Interview
Very good and interesting. They were interested in uncovering my talents and phrases selling questions around how would I engage. Also asked questions about dealing with difficult coworkers and customers. Also asked how I felt about theft and I said it is unacceptable and deserves immediate dismissal. The said that was the perfect answer.
