Required applicants to go through an online video review. I just gave up and didn't end up doing that. Would've been more than happy to talk to an actual person

Interview
Went to the office and we talked about the avaiable positions. I came to find out that they were not indeed looking for a full time person, but rather only part time. At that time I decided I did not want only a part time job and needed a full time job. The interview consisted of a few questions about me and my history, nothing too indepth about technology or anything else important.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Best Buy (Lees Summit, MO) in May 2020
Interview
Easy and straight forward they just ask questions about obstacles you’ve faced in the past and jobs that have got you prepared for Best Buy. They also just ask why chose them
Phone then onsite interview where I was able to talk and say why I should get the job. It wasn't too bad. Just typical interview . Went in for quick interview with manager and was about 30 minutes or so and then talked with warehouse manager to ask me more questions about myself.
