Interview
The hiring process was not difficult. I initially conducted a phone interview which went well. This interview was basic and laid the foundation for the subsequent interview which was conducted in-person. The company requires every potential employee to be interviewed by two current managers. These two interviews were nearly identical in terms of the questions that I was asked.
The basic interview questions. What happen to your last job? Strength and weaknesses. They have 2 interviews before offering the job. One with the department manager and one with the store manager.

Interview
Applied for position online, which included a personality test.
I was called for a phone interview a couple months later. I was asked basic interview and availability questions, and asked to come in the same day for a second interview with the GM.
During the second interview, I was asked slightly tougher questions, but nothing that someone who has been through this process before can't handle.
3 days later, I was offered the position, contingent on a successful drug test and background check.

Interview
It was quick and easy I have nothing but good things to say about the interview. I was offered a position with a couple of days from the interview. I enjoy my position and I will recommend Best Buy to anyone that is interested in working there.
