Interview
It was pretty great. The interviewers were very professional and made me feel comfortable during the interview. It felt more like a conversation and as a result I was able to preform much better as a result.
The interview is straightforward, requiring strong sales experience. The questions are primarily personality-based, and the interviewers are approachable, making the atmosphere comfortable. It’s a good chance to highlight both expertise and interpersonal skills.

Example of how you'd handled a difficult customer in the past.
Very casual, a one on one interview with a manager. Asked about my background and what excited me about the job. Only took about 30 minutes and they offered the job on the spot
HireVue with questions such as why you would want to work for Best Buy, how you would handle a customer speaking a foreign language, favorite tech product, how you would handle conflict with a coworker, etc.
