Interview
First step apply online. I was called two days later for a phone screening. Then I was asked for an interview a week later.first interview was with the a.p. Lead. He let me know leaving he was recommending me for another interview with the store manager. Three days later I was called and ask to pick a interview time with the store manager. I pick the first available. The store manger asked me why did I choose best buy? He informed me that I was the first candidate her interviewed and they would be in touch by mid next week, was called three days later for a job offer.

What would you do if you saw an employee stealing a candy bar.
The In person interview was with supervisors and managers present. The interview was a Short process, and I found out result of the interview on site on that same day.
Pretty easy interview. There should be two interviews. One with the department manager and then one with the general manager in the upcoming days. I received the offer from over the phone.

Describe a time you had to make a difficult decision at work
3 interviews. all easy. first one with direct supervisor, second one with assistant manager, third one with the general manager. all interviews were no more than 30 minutes. Dressed casual, recieved an offer on the same day as the last interview. Started working within 1 or 2 weeeks
