3 interview, very fast paced, 1st interview with general manager, 2nd interview with another general manager, 3rd interview with district manager. all very friendly and professional at interview process. Very standard questions about previous job experience, why you wanna work for best buy, what do you know about best buy, and sales related questions.

1st phone interview. It sort of caught me off guard as I wasn't expecting any calls or anything. 2nd in person interview was alright. Not too difficult. A lot of situational type questions. Hardly lasted 25 minutes. Waiting for a call back

The interview process took two weeks. I had an in with the company because I had two mutual friends. I applied and got a phone call a week later asking me questions about availability.

The resume should be handed in person because I never found where to upload it online, and make sure you are confident the entire time and friendly because from personal experience it goes a LONG way (Hired on the spot).
