Best Buy does the three interview process. the first interview is over the phone its is really basic not much to it at all. the second interview is with your supervisor of the prospective department and a manager. the third interview is with the General Manager this one takes the longest. when u attend all the interview dress to impress.

I experienced a 2 step interview process that involved meeting with an HR specialist first and then one of the Managers for the second round. After meeting with the manager, I was offered a position in my desired department.
I was interviewed and tested with 3 other candidates and it didn’t feel like I was valued. I ended up declining the job offer as I received a better offer from a company that provided a more tailored interview experience.

Never got called for phone interview. Set up second appointment for in person interview that they also forgot about. They sat me in a chair in a break room and asked me a few questions. Never heard back
