Interview
It was a group interview and as every questions were first asked to the other participant, i didn't got an opportunity to tell them what i i prepared... So i had to find the facts that the other participant didn't mention.
Fun and unique, but very informative. Situation based questions and your availability. Received a call back a week right after. Whole process was smooth and easy. Even though it was for a seasonal position, they expect you to be customer oriented.

Interview
Interview process was fairly quick. I interviewed with one of the Assistant Store Managers and that went pretty well. The same day I also met up with the director of the store and they asked me some more follow up questions. I ended up going home and getting a job offer not even 30 minutes after the interview.
