Was very generic, they weren't sure about the offer. They d change their offer according to what my current salary is and when asked about it they stopped replying at all
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Betsson Group (Budapest) in Mar 2026
Interview
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Betsson Group (Athens, Athens, Attica) in Jun 2025
Interview
I had an interview process with Betsson Group that left me quite disappointed.
The initial HR interview went very smoothly, and I was told I would receive a technical assignment to complete within one week. I invested a lot of time and effort into the assignment, delivered it on time, and I am confident the quality was very good (I am modest, but I would honestly admit if it wasn’t).
After submitting, I heard nothing back. I had to follow up myself to ask for feedback or next steps. Only then did I receive a rejection email, with very vague reasoning: they mentioned “lack of structure” and “too much emphasis on partitioning.” In reality, the structure was solid and the partitioning was an additional, positive element I included on top of what was asked.
What was most frustrating is that I spent significant time on their task and received no clear or constructive feedback in return. It felt like they did not seriously evaluate the effort put into the assignment.
Overall, the process was unprofessional, and I would not recommend interviewing with Betsson Group. Candidates deserve transparent and meaningful feedback, especially when they dedicate time to unpaid assignments.
