Applied online and interviewed In store. Met with manager had interview in back office. Quick and pleasant. I showed up 15 minutes early parking by car a little further than store front as an employee should.
I submitted an application online and received a call back to schedule an interview. The interview was in person and I wore professional attire. They asked me questions about my previous experience with sales, cashier work, and experience with sport. The questions seemed pre scripted and basic retail job interview questions.

Filling out an application online was easy. From there the manager called me and I went in for a 30 minute interview. I was called later that day for an offer.
