Applied online, was contacted within a week for an in-person interview. Interview was rather informal, with boiler-plate questions, ie. Why do you want to work here? Do you have retail experience?, etc. An offer was made later that afternoon via telephone.

The interview was very easy. Sat in the office with one hiring manager and she asked a couple questions about me, mostly just small talk. Most of the interview was her telling me what the job would be like.

Talk about yourself and your past experiences. Around 15 minutes with the manager. Will be contacted about a week after interview with a phone call discussing next time you can come in.
It was average. About thirty minutes long. They were cordial. They spoke about the responsibilities of a sales associate and the hours expected for the position they were looking for.
