Big Health (CA) interview questions

I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. There was a recruiter screen, which was fairly standard. Next was a hiring manager screen, which was behavioral. I did not reach any technical round(s). The hiring manager didn't even offer introductions, and asked only a question or two before deciding I was unfit. It was a large waste of everyone's time. They either don't know how to accurately gauge candidates' experience or are doing a poor job of screening.
