I had an interview at their office, and the whole experience was quite strange. They scheduled me on a day when everyone works from home, and a meetup unrelated to the company was taking place in the main area. There was no reception or anyone to let the interviewer know I had arrived. Eventually, I found an employee who happened to stop by, and he called the interviewer.
The interview itself was odd as well. The interviewer spent about 70% of the time talking about the company, its products, and its structure, barely letting me speak. When he finally asked a few questions, he cut me off because we “needed to finish,” even though most of the hour was him talking.
It was clear they wouldn’t follow up, and indeed, two weeks later I received a brief email saying they had decided to move forward with other candidates.
On the surface the company seems good, but the interview experience left me with the impression of a rather unprofessional organization.
