I advise anyone considering applying to this company to think twice if they value their time because, in my experience, the company certainly won’t. I recently went through a month-long interview process for a Full Stack Developer position. The process involved four interviews, two of which were technical, and one took place at their office. After the interviews, they expressed interest in moving forward and requested references, insisting on speaking with a team leader from my previous job as well as a reference from my most recent position.
I managed to contact my former team leader, who was abroad, and arranged for him to be available for a call at specific times. I attempted to inform the HR representative about his availability, but at that point, I started experiencing what felt like ghosting from their end. After several days of trying to reach out, I received a generic email stating that they decided to move forward with another candidate. To make matters worse, they didn’t even contact the references I had gone to great lengths to arrange.
Only after being persistent and calling them directly did I get a phone call back, during which they failed to acknowledge that after such a lengthy and demanding process, the way they handled the situation was, to put it mildly, disrespectful.
