Not bad. I was interviewed by an engineering resource manager and another engineer on the team I would be working on. Both were nice and provided ample time for Q&A.

After getting email invitations from Team manager then in the interview day, we need to take verbal and writing test with every lead in telecommunication team, no need to interview with HR first
They called me asking for either a few current minutes or for a later phone interview. We scheduled the first phone interview, which allowed me to get a technical interview.
