I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Black & Veatch (Overland Park, KS)
Interview
Six individual interview with professionals with one being over lunch. Behavioral based interview questions, not very technical. Interviewers eased into conversations, followed by 3-4 questions, then opened up for interviewee questions.
Overall good experience. But multiple level of interviews led to long process so hiring process takes some time. All the stages and back ground process takes ~ 20 days or more. But if they are going to hire you they will show that interest.
A cluster. Lots of wasted time. The recruiter tells you the offer is coming, and it does not. At least four to five interviews and the comms among those hiring are well -very very bad.
