BlackBelt Technology interview questions

I applied online for a junior java web developer position, hr contacted me in a couple of days. It was a 2 rounds interview. In the first round I was handed a quiz by an hr person. Quiz was on java specific knowledge, basic algorithms and a few questions about frontend. The quiz was relatively simple, I think it was meant to filter out the applicants who have no idea about programming. Second round I interviewed with the project lead and an hr coworker. There were technical questions, I was asked about experience with different technologies, and we talked about my side projects and problems and my solutions while doing them. Hr was quick to reply, interviewers were sympathetic, the technical part was mostly about accessing my willingness to learn and my motivation.

HR and professional round. It went smoothly. They are interested about experiences and expectations - also about language skills. As a vendor they would like to know which industry fits you the most and what are you interested in.
