I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BlackRock (New York, NY) in Jan 2016
Interview
Three interviews in total, two over the phone and one in person, lots of questions about statistics and probability. I first interviewed with someone in an entry level position and then the other two were with upper level management. Final interview included two hours of 1 on 1 conversations with management.

Hireview is preparation and then one time recording, which is from memory 3 minutes long. There was only 3 questions for me and most of it related to the role instead of purely just asking why blackrock or why this role.
