I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at BlackRock (London, England) in Apr 2021
Interview
Long interview process 6rounds), meeting the whole team. Team interviews were good, people sharing about the job and what is expected from the candidate. HR/recruitment process was a huge mess. Recruiter took long time to come back, poor communication and process was very unclear. Overall due to poor HR process, getting the offer took much longer than excepted.

- 1st interview with hiring manager of 30 min
- 2nd and 3rd interview with Directors of 30min each
