Interview
First had 1 online pre-recorded interview where they asked standard questions (why BlackRock etc). Then had 2 first round interviews at BlackRock offices in London, mainly skills based questions. Final round was 1 hour long group exercise (creating a portfolio for a client) then 2 more technical interviews.
HireVue then 3 part superday. All interviews were a mix of technical and behavioral but mostly behavioral and market-based. Interviews were over a 4 hour period and with employees from different offices

Interview
The Hirevue questions were all behavioral, no tell me about yourself or why blackrock. Questions were pretty simple. Prepare a financial news story you are following because they will ask you that.
Hireview is preparation and then one time recording, which is from memory 3 minutes long. There was only 3 questions for me and most of it related to the role instead of purely just asking why blackrock or why this role.
