I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Blackbaud in Jun 2021
Interview
This wasn't the most pleasant experience. First interview was with pre-recorded questions, second was with the sales training manager and Sr Sales Manager.
My assigned recruiter never reached out to introduce herself/himself. I had to reach out to get a status update after waiting two plus weeks after my second round interview. Two days after asking for an update I received a form email stating they were moving forward with other candidates.
The process felt super impersonal and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of human communication.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Extreme deep dive into my resume. Lots of situational questions. Not very conversational.
Former employee interested in returning. I previously felt very highly of the company, but the interview process this time was disappointing. After being told my background was a strong fit, I was completely ghosted—no updates, good or bad. The lack of communication makes it seem like the company may have changed for the worse. Even if there is eventual interest, the experience leaves me hesitant to pursue further.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Blackbaud (Charleston, SC)
Interview
Multiple interviews starting with a recruiter, then various managers. The first 3 were remote, then a day of interviews with 5 managers / leaders at head office in Charleston, SC.
