Blackbird Bakery interview questions

The interview was ok, a friendly interviewer, but slightly disorganised. However, found it slightly strange to be interviewed at the headquarters by someone who would not be working with me, especially for a team and customer service role. Also, I never heard back despite being told I would in the few days after the interview.
