      Food on shift, generally nice, engaging customers, pretty much it.

      Cons

      No communication between staff, a lot of talking behind people’s backs, and general staff drama.

      - Lots of work for cafe setting - Wages aren't great for London - Lots of micromanagement - Upper management are most of the time Clueless
