The interview process of having 6 interviews is ridiculous and no one needs that many interviews 3 max , its stressful. Its an Administrative job its not that difficult . I can say the ones that interviewed me were nice and down to earth, but again its just oo much
I understand you must vet your employees but a whole day of interviews as your second round interview isn’t beneficial to the candidate. This should be used as the last round. It also gets the person’s hopes up.
