I was a referral, and the turnaround time was quick: referral, convo with recruiter; video convo with hiring manager all within about 10 days.
While I didn't get an offer–or even an onsite interview, the process was logical, and the people I talked to respectful, bright and open.
And it's tough to choose a response to the Interview Difficulty question below: I didn't think it was difficult, but didn't get to move forward in the process, so perhaps my judgment is off?
The only thing I can complain about is not getting the job!
