I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Bloomingdale's (New York, NY) in Nov 2017
Interview
It took them a while to get back to me after I applied but I got the chance to fly to their flagship store in NYC after a 2nd case interview. Once there, it's an ENTIRE DAY of interviews and shadowing (be prepared and rested).
They were all really nice though the entire process, you got a feel that they are a family there. They also don't sugarcoat the fact that retail is struggling.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bloomingdale's (New Orleans, LA) in Nov 2020
Interview
Process was quick and consisted of a phone interview, a online questionnaire, a video conference call, followed by the in person interview. The in person interview was very long - it starts early in the morning and lasted until the evening. A full day of activities and interviews. Overall, employees were nice and easy to talk to.

After applying online, I took a short logic assessment, then was invited to interview over video. It was two back to back 30 min interviews. One was with a recruiter and one was with someone in the program. Both were very nice and friendly. Mainly behavioral questions, and some situational questions having to do with fashion trends.
