The interview was lengthy and they were interviewing many people. They asked questions about my work experience and they were impressed. They gave me an offer right on the spot.

you apply online take a little test(very easy). waited about a month got an email to come in for an interview. Got to the interview. everyone is in one room and gets called out one by one to have face to face with someone from HR or senior management.
